  when I originally went to order these they were out of stock, I was told I would be contacted when they were available, I received a phone call about 4 weeks later to say they had arrived and did I still want a set? great service, I expected to have to chase them.
  product arrived promptly and look great fitted to van even thou the bolts seemed a bit short and had to put pressure on the rail to allow screw to bite.
  very minor complaint was that the 4 x grommets for blanking off the fixing holes were not in the packet, I made a phone call and they were being put in the post the same day.

  These roof rails are not only very sturdy but are a great addition to the van either to add a bit of style or for tying down items.
  
  On the SWB Vivaro they were a little difficult to screw on as I had to push down hard ont he bars to get the screw to bite but the instructions and additional bolts were easy enough to follow. (LWB version was easier to fit).
  
  Needless to say impressed enough I bought another set for another van - enough said.
