General Shipping Information

We deliver items to the UK and internationally via couriers including DX, DHL, UPS or Royal Mail. We aim to provide same day dispatch on all orders received before 1pm on working days. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next working day. During peak times processing and dispatching orders take up to 24 hours.

Special order items will be shipped in line with the availability information as stated on the product page.

Returns Information

We want you to enjoy your experience with Trade Van Accessories, part of that is making life easy in returning items you no longer want. We’re happy to provide a refund, credit or exchange for your returned item. All we ask is it be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means unused and preferably in the original packaging. Please contact our friendly customer support team who will do their best to help.
